In this chapter of the book I couldn't really relate to it according to my experiences in Bloomsburg. Like I think in Bloomsburg a lot of people come together to watch sports and a lot of the people I be with are always looking to go to activities to meet more people. When I use to live in dorms the study lounges were constantly packed especially at night. Many of the students that had the same classes would come together to study as a group. I also didn't agree with everything that was being said about greek life because most of all my friends are in sororities and fertanities and I did not pay to become with friends with all of them. Most of my friends that are in sororities always trying to convince me to join their serority and I say no because I know it's alot of dedication and I'm just not ready for that type of commitment, but I never saw it as paying to make friends they do more than just meet knew people. They have a lot community service and they try their best to help their community. I remember when we had the flood a lot of them were helping out trying to get this place together. This whole thing was just a big stereotype.
On Ethnography pg. 27-47:
I found reading this chapter actually pretty interesting because it was basically informing us of what an ethnographer does. I started to think more about it and we are basically doing everything they do by observing the enviroment surrounding us and interviewing people and getting their schedule trying to compare things.
